1. Perfect Poached Eggs
Obviously, you need to be extra careful when poaching an egg – the whole thing can be easily ruined. After slowly breaking the shell and pouring the egg into a bowl, swirl it around a little. Then pour it into a pot of boiling water just as slowly. If you follow this method, you won’t have to deal with a broken yoke.
2. Soft Boiled Eggs
It may be something you’ve never thought of in your life, but you can put eggs in the microwave. Spill the egg out into a bowl, poke the yoke once with a fork, and cover the bowl with a microwave-safe plate. After one minute on high, you’ll have your egg ready to go.
3. Scrambled Eggs
If you like your eggs scrambled, this is the trick for you. Mix the egg around with a fork, then add milk to the equation. If you really want to increase your intake of healthy fats, make it an almond milk. The milk will make the egg extra fluffy, which is just what you want in a scramble. 7. Hot Dog Heart
Just when you thought it couldn’t get any weirder, Thai Trick came up with a funky new way to enjoy the egg. Take a cooked hot dog, and slice it down the center. Stop about three quarters of the way down. Fold the pieces of the hot dog back into a heart shape, and secure the loose end with a tooth pick. Add in your egg, and you have an adorable breakfast.
8. Hot Dog Rings
This time, slice your hot dog all the way down the middle. Once you have divided it into two pieces, make little indentations on one side of each piece. Now you can twist the slivers into two little circles. Secure the loose ends with a tooth pick, drop in the egg, and voila!
