Now, Let’s Get Started!

  1. Gather your ingredients and plug in your crockpot to get it heating up.
  2. Add everything into the pot except for the heavy cream, cornstarch, bacon, and parsley. Stir well.
  3. Place the lid on the pot and cook on high for about 4 hours or low for about 8.
  4. You will know the chowder is cooked when the potatoes are tender. Now, whisk both the cream and cornstarch in a small bowl until smooth, and add it to your slow cooker. Cover again and let cook for another 15 minutes.
  5. You can garnish your slow cook chicken chowder with a bit of salt and pepper, and fresh parsley and crispy bacon add the finishing touch.
